About Us

Simon & Carina Skinner established production company Boogie Management in 2006, and the company continues to create and deliver live entertainment both in the UK and internationally today.

Working with a constant flow of talented actors, musicians, acts and creatives, the company began to build a solid reputation as a leading production company with the personal touch. This led to us being approached by several actors and musicians for representation and gradually we built a select stable of clients, many of whom are still represented today.

The representation side of the business was rebranded in 2016 as Carina Skinner Management (CSM).

Simon Skinner FFEA
Managing Director and Agent

Simon has spent all of his life in show business. Turning professional at 17, he toured the world and recorded in the studio as bass player with numerous bands and pop stars around the time of Live Aid including Midge Ure, Tom Robinson and Oscar-winning film composer Hans Zimmer.

Fascinated with the music technology boom of the mid 80s, Simon established his own recording studio in North West London and produced numerous albums, jingles and several TV themes.

Always looking to broaden his horizons, in 1996 he joined a West End agency as agent and booker working in both the UK and internationally with bands, musicians, comics and celebrities. This completed Simon’s broad ranging experience of the entertainment industry in a variety of roles, which ultimately led to the launch of production company Boogie Management.

The Sanctuary

Our offices are based in “the Sanctuary” in Surbiton on the London/Surrey border.

The building was originally built in the late 1800s as the private home and estate of the Bryant and May family, famous for manufacturing matches. This beautiful period building subsequently became a luxury hotel then known as “St. Andrews Hall” and are now business premises housing 11 media and financial companies.

Just a twenty minute train journey from central London, the Sanctuary is also home to production company Boogie Management and our sister agency So Talented London, representing children aged 0–21 for film, television, photographic & commercials.
